802.11n Wireless Solutions

ProSoft Technology’s new 802.11n wireless solutions leverage the latest in technology to provide greater flexibility and performance to a broad range of manufacturing and production applications. The radios utilize multiple antennas on different channels to improve performance for high-bandwidth video applications, and high packet-rate control applications or to provide better signal sensitivity and range in obstructed/reflective environments like mobile factory settings. Where concerns about network crowding exist, the radios can operate in the 5GHz Band, which contains 24 non-overlapping channels. 5 GHz also provides an alternative to the popular 2.4 GHz Band, which may have limited availability if already used in existing installations. Single or Dual Industrial Hotspot, Industrial Client, Dual Hotspot, and Dual Watertight Hotspot solutions are available.
