MVI56-AFC

The Liquid & Gas Flow Computer Module is designed as an integrated component for the ControlLogix® systems to measure hydrocarbon gases or liquids with accuracy and precision.

The module calculates flow rates and accumulated totals of volumes, mass, and energy (heating value) for the specified liquids and gases. Selected calculated results are available in the processor memory for use in the application ladder program or by a SCADA host via the three front panel Modbus serial ports.

The flow computer and the ControlLogix system has been approved by Industry Canada – Measurement for custody transfer measurement of hydrocarbon gases. The module can be configured and monitored for all the functions using the AFC Manager utility.

The MVI Liquid & Gas Flow Computer Module is a CompactLogix backplane compatible module that allows Rockwell Automation CompactLogix processors to easily support flow applications with 8 meter runs performing measurement of hydrocarbon gases or liquids using AGA 3, 7, 8 and API MPMS Chapters 11 and 12 measurement standards.

MVI46-AFC

The MVI46 Liquid & Gas Flow Computer Module is an SLC backplane compatible module that allows SLC processors to easily support flow applications with 8 meter runs performing measurement of hydrocarbon gases or liquids using AGA 3, 7, 8 and API MPMS Chapters 11 and 12 measurement standards.

MVI71-AFC

The MVI71 Liquid & Gas Flow Computer Module is a PLC backplane compatible module that allows PLC processors to easily support flow applications with 8 meter runs performing measurement of hydrocarbon gases or liquids using AGA 3, 7, 8 and API MPMS Chapters 11 and 12 measurement standards.
