The 3100-SYS (PLC) Systronics Slave Module is a single slot solution for the A-B 1771 platforms.

By providing configurable access to both ports, this product provides previously unavailable functionality and versatility. Foxboro/Systronics Minimote RTU Slave Module for Allen-Bradley PLC Platform.

The ProSoft Systronics Slave Module allows the user to easily configure one or both ports to be Slaves to a Foxboro/Systronics Host. Also, VSAT Report by Exception is supported. Support has been added to the product to support the Report By Exception capabilities associated with VSAT implementations of the protocol.

Features

Simple to Use
All module setup and operating controls are performed over the backplane through simple ladder logic and data table configuration. The only software necessary is a standard ladder-programming package.

Hands Off Operation
Once the SYS module has been setup for operation, the card provides transparent control and monitoring capabilities. The SYS module, integrated directly into the PLC/SLC rack, forms a tightly integrated and practical solution. Once configured, the module will perform all protocol related functions on a stand-alone basis.

Installation, Set Up and Operation
The ProSoft module installs in any slot in a local rack. The product's capabilities are enabled and controlled with simple ladder logic and data table initialization.
