RadioLinx OPC Server Enables OPC Clients to Interface Easily with any RadioLinx® Modem

ProSoft Technology's new RadioLinx OPC Server (RLX-OPC-SRV) promotes interoperability by allowing the full line of RadioLinx modems and switches to be accessed by any Clients utilizing OPC technology. Users can now access and monitor vital radio statistics including signal strength, serial number and throughput directly from one or more OPC clients including Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) or Microsoft Excel. These clients can run on the same PC as the RadioLinx OPC Server or on a separate PC on the network.

The configuration tools for the OPC Server are designed for Microsoft Windows XP, 2000 and NT. The RadioLinx OPC Server runs as a service with Windows XP or as a background with Windows NT.
The RadioLinx OPC Server is compatible with any RadioLinx modems and allows an HMI or other OPC client to monitor both Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum (DSSS) and Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum (FHSS) radios simultaneously.

ProSoft Technology offers the Frequency Hopping Ethernet, Frequency Hopping Serial, Frequency Hopping Ethernet with Serial Server and the Industrial Hotspot.
