3150-LTQ

The ProSoft 3150-LTQ master module allows the user to easily implement a redundant loop network or a multidrop network with up to 150 Limitorque valve actuators.

The 3150-LTQ (Limitorque Valve Actuator Master Module) product family allows Allen-Bradley 1746 I/O compatible processors to easily interface as a host with Limitorque valve actuators. The module supports the Limitorque redundant loop network mode (up to 150 actuators) of communications as well as a single multidrop network (up to 28 actuators). The 3150-LTQ (SLC) Limitorque Valve Actuator Master Module is a single slot solution, which communicates directly over the backplane with the respective Allen-Bradley processors.

• The 3150-LTQ module supports all Limitorque devices which are DDC 100 compatible, including:

Simple to Use

All module setup and write command initiation is performed over the backplane through simple ladder logic and data table configuration. Any standard ladder programming software can be used.

Hands Off Operation

Once the LTQ module has been setup for operation, all active valve actuators will automatically be polled for status data. This data is returned to the ladder data table for monitoring and control purposes. The LTQ module is integrated directly into the SLC rack, forming a tightly integrated and practical solution.

Installation, Set Up and Operation

The ProSoft module installs in any slot in a local or extended rack. The product's capabilities are enabled and controlled with simple ladder logic and data table initialization.
