Is the RLX-IFH9S compatible with the RLX-IFH9E?

These radios are not compatible.
The RLX-IFH9S is configured via Serial
The RLX-IFH9E is configured via Ethernet
You cannot mix the Serial and Ethernet radios together in a network.
