My AN-X2-AB-DHRIO Web GUI is missing the Automation Network tab
The AN-X2-AB-DHRIO is a multi-purpose gateway which comes shipped with multiple different firmwares built in, but only one active at any given time. Any given firmware may have different tabs then the others. Every firmware, however, should have the Administration tab. When expanded there should also always be an AN-X Configuration link which will bring you to a section of the web GUI which will allow you to set the host name, IP address, net mask, gateway address, and most relevantly, the firmware type. Using the firmware type drop down, select the firmware for what you are attempting:
AN-X2-AB-DHP - This is the Data Highway Plus firmware
AN-X2-AB-ADPT - This is the RIO Adapter firmware
AN-X2-AB-DRV-04 - This is the Drives firmware
AN-X2-AB-HMI - This is the HMI firmware
AN-X2-AB-SCAN - This is the RIO Scanner firmware
Then hit submit, then continue, then wait at least 60 seconds before hitting Continue again. If after hitting continue again you still do not see the correct tabs for your firmware, either refresh your web browsers cache (simplest way for most browsers is to hold down ctrl and hit F5) or view the page using your web browsers private browsing mode which will accomplish the same thing. In the unlikely event that you STILL do not see the correct tab, please contact technical support for additional assistance.
