What Ethernet ports are required for Prosoft PLC modules and gateways? |

Prosoft gateways and in-chassis PLC modules which are configured via Ethernet use UDP port 50000 for discovery and UDP port 3000 for configuration and online diagnostics. Web based services for products including AN-X2 and Fieldserver gateways require TCP port 80 Some of the more common ports required for application protocols are: TCP 502 Modbus TCP - MBTCP, MNET products TCP 44818 Ethernet/IP - EIP and DFNT products UDP 44818 Ethernet/IP - EIP and DFNT products TCP 2222 Allen Bradley CSP protocol - Fieldserver TCP 2000 Encapulated Modbus TCP - Typically used for Modbus TCP through serial to Ethernet media converters with MBTCP and MNET products. TCP 20000 DNP3 over Ethernet - DNPNET, DNPSNET products UDP 20000 DNP3 over Ethernet - DNPNET, DNPSNET products UDP 47808 BACNET IP - Slotserver and Fieldserver BACNET products UDP 1024 Fieldserver discovery service - Slotserver and Fieldserver products UDP 18246 GE Ethernet Global Data - All EGD modules and gateways.
