Information and Security Management – Certified ISO 27001:2013

ProSoft follows information security best practices and is ISO 27001 certified, an internationally recognized standard. Customers can rely on our information security management system to protect the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of their valuable data assets. Our policies and controls promote a robust access management system ensuring good behaviors and procedures are followed by everyone from the board room to the shipping of the product.

Quality Management – Certified ISO 9001:2015

Our quality management systems have been developed to ensure the highest quality for our processes, products, and solutions. These quality management systems are used in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of our products. Our quality systems meet the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard, and we are committed to exceeding all requirements to bring the most value to our customers.

Environmental Management – Certified ISO 14001:2015

ProSoft is committed to managing the environmental impact of our operations. This environmental management system is used in the production, repairs and shipment of, and customer service for our industrial communication solutions. Our environmental management system in place at our Mooresville, N.C., facility meets the requirements of the ISO 14001:2015 standard.

Reach

REACH is an initiative to gather information on all chemicals used in Europe, and potentially restrict the use of hazardous chemicals across all industries. ProSoft is committed to meeting all of the legal requirements under REACH. The candidate list of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) is ever-changing. Download the latest REACH Declaration. RoHS

ProSoft strives consistently to stay ahead of the curve on Restriction on Hazardous Substances (RoHS) regulations. To check compliance on a specific ProSoft part number, enter the part number in the search area of the website to find the Declaration of Compliance in the Certifications section of the product page. If you need a certificate of RoHS compliance for a special part number, one can be provided upon request.

ProSoft maintains product compliance status for Restriction on Hazardous Substances in the International markets such as China and Europe.

Global Environmental Product Requirements

In order to meet global environmental product requirements - in part specified by the European Union's RoHS Directive, the European Union's End-of-Life Vehicle Directive (ELV), the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive, California’s Proposition 65, and China’s RoHS - ProSoft has developed a restricted materials specification to encompass all raw materials, parts, components, or products that are ultimately incorporated into ProSoft products.
