Why am I unable to download my Config file to my PTQ module?

The setup jumper must be off or unpinned in order for the module to accept a config file.

    Do you have samples for your PTQ modules in ProWorx or ModSoft format? I see information for Concept and Unity, but nothing for ProWorx or any other programming environment.
