RadioLinx Lightning Protection is designed to provide protection for broadband wireless, Wi-Fi, and WLAN systems with low RF power and excellent protection for less exposed subscriber units.
The LP-24002 lightning protection is designed for use inside an enclosure with the bulkhead fitting protruding through the enclosure. The connectors are standard N jack connector to standard N jack BH connector. The bulkhead fitting can be connected to any standard N type connector extension cable.
The LP-24003 lightning protection is designed for use inside an enclosure with the bulkhead fitting protruding through the enclosure and connecting to a N plug barrel adapter. This can then connect to any antenna with a standard N type connector.
RadioLinx Lightning Protection is designed to protect the radio in the event of a lightning strike. A minimum 6 gauge copper wire should be used to connect the lightning protection to earth ground.
