As our products age, we communicate lifecycle status changes as early as possible, and offer options to help you extend the life of your system, determine your next steps, and plan for the transition to newer technology. This allows you, our customer, to plan for and manage the migration from existing equipment to updated products that help you take advantage of newer technology, lower cost and increased productivity.
Products are listed as “Limited Availability” when product retirement is impending. While a product is in “Limited Availability” it can still be purchased until our limited stock is depleted. Once that supply is depleted, the product will be reclassified as “Discontinued.”
Once a product has been classified as “Discontinued,” no further sales of the product will be possible. Support and repair services will continue as long as components are available to do so.
