PROFINET Controller Module for ControlLogix®

ILX56-PNC

The ILX56-PNC PROFINET Controller module allows Rockwell Automation® ControlLogix® processors to communicate on a PROFINET RT protocol network with up to 64 PROFINET devices.

The module provides the ability to pass up to 4096 bytes of input and output data as high-speed cyclic I/O data on a PROFINET RT network.

Combined with the use of multiple I/O connections back to the ControlLogix processor, this module provides data update rates that will meet even the most demanding of PROFINET RT applications.

In addition, with the use of the PLX50 Configuration Utility you have advanced features such as custom-built Add-On Routines and User Defined Data Types (UDTs) to minimize the amount of time and effort in getting a ControlLogix® PAC operating on a PROFINET RT network.
