Error: "OCXPAPI could not be found" while browsing tags in PC56-HIST

The PC56 to echo configurator is able to browse for tags in a specific device only when the echo interface is stopped. By default the interface is always up and running, so to be able to browse for tags the interface has to be stopped.

To stop the echo interface, Start -> All Programs -> PC56 to echo -> XML loader.

At the bottom of the XML loader the current status of the interface is shown and there are two buttons to start and stop the interface. After stopping the interface and selected the required tags in the Echo Configurator, the interface will need to be restarted using the start button.
