When using an MVI69-xxx or PS69-xxx module, why does a L43/L45 CompactLogix processor fault immediately after a download or after a power cycle? |

A firmware anomaly has been identified in version 17 for the CompactLogix 1768-L43 and L45 processor that will not work properly when using any Prosoft MVI69 or PS69 communication modules. FRN 18 will correct the issue.
Work around's are: Use earlier FRN (16 or earlier) or Clear the major non - recoverable fault and re-download the program a second time See also article #456 http://www.prosoft-technology.com/kb/article.php?id=456 for additional issue with PS69-DPM and PS69-DPS.
