Accessing the Debug Port on a 4101 ProLinx module

The 4101 module has two serial ports. Each port is used for protocol communications. To access the debug menu, one of the serial ports needs to be placed in debug mode. Follow these steps to access the debug menu:
  1. Connect to the port you wish to view the debug menu on.
  2. Reboot the ProLinx module
  3. As the module boots up, hold down the A key.
  4. Once the module has finished booting, press the M key to go to the main menu.
  5. Press the shift ? keys to view the main menu.
To access the loader menu for downloading the CFG file, follow the following step.
  1. Connect your PC to the debug port of the ProLinx module
  2. Reboot the ProLinx module
  3. As the module boots up, hold down the l key:
  4. Once the module has finished booting, press the shift ? keys to display the loader menu.
When finished working with either menu, reboot the ProLinx module to return to a running condition.
